Plan outdoor improvements
New project includes Pool + spa, Patio + outdoor living, Deck + pergola, Landscape + garden, Driveway + paths, Outdoor kitchen, Sport + recreation, Shed + workshop and Whole property. Recommended layouts include editable elements and a scope-specific checklist. Add space also offers pools, spas, patios, decks, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, garden beds, lawns, driveways, walkways, sport courts, ponds, fences, retaining walls and sheds.
Shape and price your scope
Select an element in Design and use Outline & dimensions for an L-shaped, chamfered, oval or custom footprint. Custom points are entered in feet within the current width and depth. Area, perimeter, 3D and exports follow the outline. Outdoor controls include material, elevation, thickness or height, water depth, quoted unit rate and source. Zero-rate items remain visibly unpriced. Water volumes are approximate US gallons; linear quotes use the longer dimension, so draw separate straight fence or wall runs.
Keep previous projects
Device backups preserve the current project before creating, importing, opening or restoring another. Use Back up now for an extra checkpoint. Browser recovery saves the current and previous draft automatically by default. Backups stay on this device until deleted or application data is cleared; export important projects or save to your account for a separate copy.
Capture an existing room on iPhone
On a supported LiDAR iPhone or iPad, use Scan existing room in Add space and allow camera access. Finish the capture, review the detected floor outlines and add them to your plan. Measure and verify the result; doors, windows and fixtures are added separately. Camera frames are not saved in the project.
Start a project
Choose Start your project on the homepage, or choose Explore an example to open a complete sample in the studio. Use Overview to understand the scope, then open Design, Site, Estimate, or Project from the tab bar. To reopen an exported file, choose Open a project file on the homepage, then Import project in the Project tab.
Edit the floor plan
In Design, select 2D plan. Select a room to edit dimensions, drag it or use arrow keys on the web, and use Add space to extend the program. The floor selector supports up to four levels. Lock a room to prevent geometry edits; unlock it before moving it or changing its openings.
Design another floor
Add floor creates an empty level and switches to it. Rooms are not copied automatically. Choose Add space to lay out that floor, or select a room on an existing floor and change its Space floor setting to move it. The 2D plan shows the active floor; the 3D model shows all floors together.
Use the 3D model
Choose 3D model, then drag to orbit and pinch to zoom. The model is concept massing and is not a construction document.
Understand estimates
Estimate ranges respond to project type, conditioned area, finish level, selected allowances, and supported ZIP-region factors. Always verify pricing with qualified local professionals.
Identity and saved projects
Open Account to create an email account or sign in. Confirm your email before signing in, then save cloud revisions and open them on another device. The first cloud save connects the project; later changes save automatically while enabled. Conflicts pause saving so you can choose the revision to keep. You can also use Export project without an account to keep an editable copy.
Move an editable project
Export a project file from Project, then import that JSON file on another device. Arcovelle validates the file and asks before replacing your draft. Files retain floors, doors, windows, locked rooms, material selections, and estimate assumptions. Older single-level files still open.
Reset local data
Signing out keeps the open draft. Deleting the iPhone app removes its local project storage but not cloud projects. Use Delete account after a recent sign-in to delete the account and its cloud projects. Exported files must be removed separately.
Recover your account
Choose Forgot password and request a link. Open it in the same browser or iPhone app where you requested it, then choose a new password. Expired or already-used links require a new request. Account messages are sent from accounts@arcovelle.com.
